In the year 2018, which was the second fiscal year of Allegro IP Law Firm, we struggled to stabilize and develop our firm. Firstly, although we had been continuously handling cases at the previous firm behind the scenes even after our departure therefrom, most of the cases were granted as patents. Hence, we decided to conduct business independently of the previous firm and we will no longer handle their cases in the year of 2019. Secondly, we actively met and talked with overseas applicants and associates to discuss Japanese patent matters at, for example, BIO Asia, nano tech, APAA (Asian Patent Attorneys Association) in India, Bio Japan, etc. Thirdly, one of our partners took an active part in the international activities center of the JPAA (Japan Patent Attorneys Association) and also got places on the AIPLA PG and the IPO PG. We would like to continuously support the most advanced companies and universities across the world in obtaining strong and valuable patent protection in Japan.
We will offer you our best services also in the year of 2019, and look forward to doing business with you for years to come.
