The PCT fees when filing an international application before the Japan Patent Office will be revised as follows:

- Fee per sheet over 30: JPY 1,700
- E-filing reduction: JPY 34,700
- Preliminary examination handling fee: JPY 23,200
[Revised Fees (filed on or after August 1)]
- International filing fee: JPY 145,000
- Fee per sheet over 30: JPY 1,600
- E-filing reduction: JPY 32,700
- Preliminary examination handling fee: JPY 21,800
