It was officially agreed that PPH (Patent Prosecution Highway) between Japan and India starts in 2019.
We would like to use this opportunity to announce that Allegro IP will present at APAA (Asian Patent Attorneys Association) General Assembly and Council Meetings from November 17 through November 22 in New Delhi, India. We recently receive increasing number of cases from Indian companies and universities, and would like to discuss patent matters with foreign associates.
